Addiction Recovery Programme - Structured support for sustainable recovery
For many people, stepping out of residential is a significant milestone - but it can also be one of the hardest parts of recovery. Without structure and connection, it’s easy to feel ungrounded or unsure how to maintain progress day to day.
The Addiction Recovery Programme at International Therapy Space provides a five-day-per-week, therapist or recovery coach-led evening group designed to help clients maintain stability, strengthen recovery, and rebuild their lives with purpose.
The group combines reflection, connection, and accountability - practical foundations for long-term recovery and emotional wellbeing.
Who’s It For:
This programme supports adults in recovery from alcohol, drugs, food, relationship, work, or money addictions, as well as codependency. It is designed for:
Individuals who have completed residential or outpatient treatment and need ongoing structure and support to maintain recovery progress.
Those who do not require residential treatment but would benefit from a consistent, therapeutic routine.
People in established recovery who are encountering challenges with cross-addictions, emotional balance, or motivation.
Groups run Monday to Friday, 6:30–8:00 PM (UK time) and are held online for accessibility and flexibility.
Fee: £500 per week · Group size: Maximum 8 members
What To Expect:
Each evening offers a mix of structure, depth, and connection - helping clients stay grounded while continuing their personal growth.
Over the week, the programme integrates therapeutic exploration with practical recovery work:
Mondays and Fridays: Coaching-led sessions focused on goals, structure, and accountability.
Tuesdays to Thursdays: Therapy-led sessions for deeper reflection and emotional processing.
This steady rhythm helps make recovery not just sustainable, but an integrated part of daily life.
Working With Clinicians:
At International Therapy Space, collaboration is central to our work.
We recognise that many clients enter this programme as part of an ongoing care pathway, and our aim is to ensure joined-up support, not fragmented treatment.
We work closely with referring clinicians, treatment centres, psychiatrists, and therapists to ensure joined-up care. This collaborative approach bridges the gap between treatment and independent living - supporting clients to stay connected, resilient, and well-supported.
About International Therapy Space
Addiction, trauma, and mental wellbeing challenges rarely have simple solutions - they require thoughtful, flexible, and connected support.
At International Therapy Space, clients don’t need to navigate multiple services alone. We bring together a trusted team of therapists and coaches who have worked closely together for years, offering cohesive, evidence-based care that evolves as recovery does.
We also collaborate with external professionals whose clients may benefit from additional group work or more specialised support, such as EMDR, art therapy, or trauma-focused interventions. This joined-up model ensures clients receive the right care at the right time, within a consistent and compassionate framework.
