We work with people recovering from a wide range of addictions, including:

Clients transitioning from treatment centres or structured outpatient care (worldwide)
Individuals navigating cross-addictions or shifting behaviours post-treatment
People in established recovery seeking structure and daily accountability

Each session includes:
Check-ins to track recovery progress, challenges, and successes
Guided discussions on relapse prevention, emotional regulation, and balance

Our Aftercare Group meets once a week online, providing ongoing support for individuals who have completed addiction treatment and are committed to maintaining long-term recovery.

Individuals maintaining abstinence but facing challenges with cross-addictions or emotional sobriety
People wanting to maintain progress without the structure of daily sessions
Those seeking connection and encouragement in a small, consistent group
Each session includes:
Open sharing of current experiences, challenges, and wins in recovery
Focused discussions on relationships, work, health, and life balance
Learning to strengthen relapse prevention strategies
Peer support to help stay accountable and motivated
Practical tools to maintain stability and wellbeing between sessions

This weekly coaching group supports individuals looking to strengthen wellbeing, build positive habits, and stay connected to themselves and their goals.

Individuals looking to establish or maintain healthy routines and self-care practices
People recovering from trauma, stress, or mental health challenges
Those who benefit from gentle accountability and group encouragement
Each session includes:
Reflection on current priorities, progress, and obstacles
Goal-setting and practical action planning for the week ahead
Strategies for stress management and resilience
