Recovery & Wellbeing Coach

Jenny Betteridge

Recovery is about more than just stopping something—it’s about learning how to truly live.

I work with people navigating recovery from addiction, trauma, burnout, and emotional overwhelm. My coaching approach is person-centred, trauma-informed, and deeply human, helping individuals reconnect with themselves and build a life that feels aligned with their values.

With seven years of personal recovery experience, I understand that healing isn’t a straight line—it’s a process of learning, unlearning, and integrating new ways of being. Often, that journey starts with self-care—not just as a routine, but as a foundation for long-term change.

I trained through an ICF-accredited programme at Henley Business School and went on to specialise as a trauma-informed coach with Moving the Human Spirit, the only ICF-accredited programme of its kind. I work with clients one-to-one and in groups, supporting them wherever they are in their recovery journey.

I offer coaching in London and online, helping people take meaningful steps towards lasting change.

“Real help, professionally or personally, consists of listening to people, of paying respectful attention to people so that they can access their own ideas first.”
