Zoë Aston
Zoë is a London-based therapist, mental health consultant, speaker, author, and mum of two, with over 14 years of experience supporting mental wellbeing in a wide range of therapeutic settings. Her work is driven by a simple but powerful belief: mental health should be accessible, understandable, and actionable for everyone.
Zoë offers dynamic, holistic, and person-centred therapy for individuals navigating emotional challenges such as trauma, anxiety, addiction, eating disorders, and relationship difficulties. Her integrative approach blends clinical expertise with a deep understanding of the whole person - empowering her clients to build emotional resilience and create meaningful change.
In 2021, Zoë published her debut paperback, Your Mental Health Workout – A 5-Week Programme to a Healthier, Happier Mind, which has helped thousands of readers take small, meaningful steps toward better mental wellbeing. Her second, and first hardback book, Building Bonds – Why We Choose the People We Choose (And How to Change It If We Want To), was published in February 2025.
